For those who think that screens are ubiquitous in our daily lives, listening to a podcast with eyes closed can be an attractive alternative. Here's why:
1. Reduction of visual fatigue: Screens, whether smartphones, tablets, or computers, emit blue light that can cause eye strain, headaches, and disrupt the sleep cycle. Listening to a podcast with eyes closed allows the eyes to rest and decrease these symptoms.
2. Stimulation of the imagination: Unlike consuming visual content, listening to a podcast engages the listener's imagination and creativity more. This can enrich the listening experience by allowing everyone to create their own mental images.
3. Improved concentration and understanding: Without the visual distractions of screens, it can be easier to focus on audio content, absorb, and understand the information. This is particularly useful for complex or educational topics.
4. Improvement of well-being: The overload of visual information can be stressful and overwhelming. Giving oneself screen-free moments, to simply listen and imagine, can help relax and reduce stress levels.
In summary, for those looking to reduce their exposure to screens without giving up discovering or learning new things, podcasts represent an excellent option. They offer a well-deserved visual break while continuing to stimulate the mind.

Behind each production, there is a story of passion and creativity. Before embarking on the adventure of audio series, Seb Joncoux spent time developing video game worlds within the team of Multisim, known for its innovative approach in the world of role-playing games. This experience has enriched his vision of creating imaginary worlds, bringing a unique depth to the Label’s audio narratives.
Our approach is part of a continuity of this creative legacy, seeking to offer stories that resonate and inspire, without ever losing sight of the humility that characterizes our work. We are dedicated to creating content that, we hope, will enrich the imaginations of our listeners and transport them beyond their everyday lives, into worlds where anything becomes possible, simply by closing their eyes.
« I love the infinity of possibilities that the podcast media allows: the only limit is that of my imagination. In “Sur la Route du Silicium,” I explore a sound narrative ranging from poems whispered to our ears by the heroine, to deafening scenes of naval battles, to long meditative rides through stone deserts. I wanted to write an optimistic story about the birth of a new world because just because our civilization is coming to an end doesn't mean we can't build a new one. Life will know how to rebuild itself on different, sober, low tech, and generous values»

Memories of the Future is a musical adventure born from Seb Joncoux's passion for sound creation and the exploration of imaginary worlds. Based in Paris, Sébastien has drawn on his experience in immersive audio content-gained over the years through his audio series-to embark on a journey into music.
Music holds a huge place in his life, serving as the backdrop for his creative and personal explorations. Since his teenage years, he's been deeply influenced by iconic bands like Sonic Youth, who have shaped his artistic approach. On the rock side, Tool and Refused have also left their mark on his musical journey. At the same time, the electronic and trip-hop sounds of James Blake, Tricky, Portishead, and Massive Attack have enriched his sonic palette.
His years spent in the Free Party scene with the legendary Spiral Tribe left an indelible mark on the way he approaches electronic music. Today, he finds renewed inspiration in the work of Nadin Shah, whose innovative approach resonates with his own creative aspirations.
Although he considers himself a true beginner when it comes to making music, Sébastien finds immense joy in composing his own tracks. For him, Memories of the Future is more than just a music project; it’s a celebration of his diverse influences and a tribute to the evocative power of music. His new song, “Let's Dance” embodies this ongoing quest for sonic innovation and raw emotion.
